CST1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,933 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST4, CST2, and LRRC15. Each is linked with CST1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST1-to-partner and partner-to-CST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CST1 versus CST4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
