CST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, DEFB135, and BPIFB6. Each is linked with CST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST1-to-partner and partner-to-CST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXT grouped by CST1-low versus CST1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
