CSRP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,923 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WNT5A, RETREG3_S288, and VPS13D_S2671. Each is linked with CSRP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP3-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRP3 versus WNT5A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
