CSRP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,118 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAMP1, SLITRK4, and POMK. Each is linked with CSRP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP3-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRP3 versus RAMP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
