CSRP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4418, SRXN1, and MIR98. Each is linked with CSRP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP3-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4418 grouped by CSRP3-low versus CSRP3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
