CSRP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,063 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1, TMF1, and TTC13. Each is linked with CSRP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP2-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRP2 versus CLASP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
