CSRP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,253 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALD1, COL8A1, and MYL9. Each is linked with CSRP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP2-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRP2 versus CALD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
