CSRP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,858 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN1, CALD1_S493, and CNN3. Each is linked with CSRP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP2-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRP2 versus ACTN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
