CSRP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01995, RPS10-NUDT3, and LINC01050. Each is linked with CSRP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP2-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01995 grouped by CSRP2-low versus CSRP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
