CSRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,464 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TGFB1I1_S403, MYLK, and NEXN. Each is linked with CSRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRP1 versus TGFB1I1_S403 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
