CSRNP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRNP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,437 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRNP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SP100_S157, HDGFL3, and DEF6. Each is linked with CSRNP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRNP3-to-partner and partner-to-CSRNP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRNP3 versus SP100_S157 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRNP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRNP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
