CSRNP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRNP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,974 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRNP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, TNRC6B, and VCPKMT. Each is linked with CSRNP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRNP3-to-partner and partner-to-CSRNP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRNP3 versus XBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRNP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRNP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
