CSRNP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRNP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,362 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRNP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, CLASP1, and SMARCD1. Each is linked with CSRNP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRNP2-to-partner and partner-to-CSRNP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRNP2 versus DBN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
