CSRNP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRNP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRNP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, EGFR, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CSRNP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRNP2-to-partner and partner-to-CSRNP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by CSRNP2-low versus CSRNP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
