CSRNP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSRNP2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,159 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRNP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUCB2, ELF1, and RNF113A. Each is linked with CSRNP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRNP2-to-partner and partner-to-CSRNP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUCB2 grouped by CSRNP2-low versus CSRNP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
