CSRNP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRNP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 561 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRS3, ST3GAL5, and AP5S1. Each is linked with CSRNP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRNP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSRNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSRNP1 versus BRS3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
