CSPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,116 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF1, STAU2, and RBM12B. Each is linked with CSPP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSPP1 versus ARFGEF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
