CSPP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,463 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP94, C2orf50, and DRC1. Each is linked with CSPP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSPP1 versus CFAP94 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
