CSPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB8OS, UQCRC1, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with CSPP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB8OS grouped by CSPP1-low versus CSPP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
