Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Cyclin-B1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with CSPP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSPP1 results are reported.
