Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EN1, NLRP8, and IL4. Each is linked with CSPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSPP1 results are reported.
