Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSPG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,616 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSPG5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with CSPG5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPG5-to-partner and partner-to-CSPG5 results are reported.
