CSPG4P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSPG4P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,964 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSPG4P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, Obsolete regulation of histone H3-K4 methylation, and Obsolete regulation of histone methylation. Each is linked with CSPG4P5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPG4P5-to-partner and partner-to-CSPG4P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSPG4P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSPG4P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
