The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CSPG4P4Y RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSPG4P4Y expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CSPG4P4Y RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
