Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSPG4P1Y RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 208 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSPG4P1Y-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA1, SH3BP1, and EMC9. Each is linked with CSPG4P1Y in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPG4P1Y-to-partner and partner-to-CSPG4P1Y results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GGA1 grouped by CSPG4P1Y-low versus CSPG4P1Y-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSPG4P1Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSPG4P1Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
