CSPG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSPG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,756 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSPG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EI24, POLE2, and ATP5MPL. Each is linked with CSPG4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSPG4-to-partner and partner-to-CSPG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EI24 grouped by CSPG4-low versus CSPG4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSPG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSPG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
