Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSNKA2IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 139 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSNKA2IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF1A, CBFA2T3, and TRPC3. Each is linked with CSNKA2IP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNKA2IP-to-partner and partner-to-CSNKA2IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF1A grouped by CSNKA2IP-low versus CSNKA2IP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNKA2IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNKA2IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
