Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CSNK2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CSNK2B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher CSNK2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSNK2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC and PRAD are the cancer types where CSNK2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
