Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CSNK2A1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CSNK2A1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CSNK2A1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSNK2A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where CSNK2A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
