Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSNK2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSNK2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ERK2, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with CSNK2A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK2A1-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK2A1 results are reported.
