The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CSNK1G3 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSNK1G3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and CESC are the cancer types where CSNK1G3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
