Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSNK1G2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSNK1G2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ11, RNU6-598P, and KCTD9. Each is linked with CSNK1G2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK1G2-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK1G2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ11 grouped by CSNK1G2-low versus CSNK1G2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNK1G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNK1G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
