Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSNK1G2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSNK1G2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBP2, INSM2, and TACR3. Each is linked with CSNK1G2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK1G2-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK1G2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBP2 grouped by CSNK1G2-low versus CSNK1G2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNK1G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNK1G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
