The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CSNK1E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSNK1E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CSNK1E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
