The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CSNK1A1P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSNK1A1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where CSNK1A1P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
