Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSNK1A1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSNK1A1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, C-Raf, and ER-alpha. Each is linked with CSNK1A1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK1A1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK1A1P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNK1A1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNK1A1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
