Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSNK1A1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSNK1A1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP27, FSHR, and CCDC195. Each is linked with CSNK1A1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK1A1L-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK1A1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP27 grouped by CSNK1A1L-low versus CSNK1A1L-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNK1A1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNK1A1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
