Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CSNK1A1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CSNK1A1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CSNK1A1 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSNK1A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SKCM, and SCLC are the cancer types where CSNK1A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
