Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CSNK1A1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CSNK1A1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CSNK1A1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSNK1A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CSNK1A1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
