Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSNK1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,770 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSNK1A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDKN1B, DIAPH1, and TBC1D9B. Each is linked with CSNK1A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK1A1-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK1A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSNK1A1 versus CDKN1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNK1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNK1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
