Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSNK1A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,664 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSNK1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNAB2, ST8SIA4, and WIPF1. Each is linked with CSNK1A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK1A1-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK1A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSNK1A1 versus KCNAB2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNK1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNK1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
