CSN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 711 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P5, SEPHS1P7, and IGHV3-41. Each is linked with CSN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSN2-to-partner and partner-to-CSN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22P5 grouped by CSN2-low versus CSN2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
