CSN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOB, POGZ, and CYP27C1. Each is linked with CSN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSN2-to-partner and partner-to-CSN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOB grouped by CSN2-low versus CSN2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
