CSMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,462 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf46, MYZAP, and UNG. Each is linked with CSMD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD1-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
