Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CSMD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD1-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by CSMD1-low versus CSMD1-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
