CSKMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSKMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,154 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSKMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, TAF6L, and CCAR1. Each is linked with CSKMT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSKMT-to-partner and partner-to-CSKMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
