Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CSH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CSH1 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CSH1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where CSH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
