CSH1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 206 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OMG, TTLL9, and GSTM3. Each is linked with CSH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSH1-to-partner and partner-to-CSH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSH1 versus OMG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
