Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSGALNACT2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,286 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSGALNACT2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MGST1, SULF1, and EMD. Each is linked with CSGALNACT2P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSGALNACT2P1-to-partner and partner-to-CSGALNACT2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSGALNACT2P1 versus MGST1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSGALNACT2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSGALNACT2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
