CSGALNACT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSGALNACT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,558 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSGALNACT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1R, C1S, and LGALS1. Each is linked with CSGALNACT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSGALNACT2-to-partner and partner-to-CSGALNACT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSGALNACT2 versus C1R in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSGALNACT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSGALNACT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
